Recipe Guide

Can I use regular-sized muffin tins?

Yes, but adjust the baking time and fill each tin about two-thirds full. Larger muffins may need a few more minutes in the oven.

Is matcha powder necessary?

Matcha provides distinctive flavor and color, but you can omit it if desired. Replace with extra cinnamon or a little cocoa powder for variation.

How do I make these bites gluten-free?

Use a 1:1 gluten-free flour blend instead of all-purpose flour. Confirm other ingredient labels for gluten-free status.

Can I make them vegan?

Substitute flax eggs for regular eggs, use plant-based milk, and choose dairy-free chocolate chips. The bites remain just as tasty.

What flavors pair well for serving?

Serve with green tea, pumpkin spice lattes, coffee, or vanilla ice cream for dessert. The flavors complement well.
