Instructions
- Prepare pan:
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a 20x20 cm (8x8 inch) baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang.
- Melt & mix:
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar until well combined.
- Add eggs & vanilla:
- Whisk in eggs and vanilla until the mixture looks glossy and thick.
- Add dry ingredients:
- Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir until just combined, without overmixing.
- Bake:
- Pour batter into the prepared pan, smooth the top, and bake for 28–32 minutes, until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Cool & cut:
- Cool completely in the pan. Remove using parchment and cut into 16 sticks.
- Melt chocolate:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate in 20-second bursts, stirring until smooth.
- Decorate:
- Dip one end of each brownie stick in melted white chocolate, place on parchment, and add sprinkles immediately.
- Add sticks:
- Insert a lollipop or popsicle stick into the uncoated end if desired. Let chocolate set fully before serving.
